iPod/USB adapter vs Smart Phone Integration

Couple of questions about these optioins:

1. do i need to add $365 for the invoice price of the iPod/USB adaptor if I order the Premium Sound Package (BMWUSA configurator seems to indicate it is include in the PSP).

2. do i need the smart phone integration for my iPhone if I have the USB adaptor to charge it?

OK, so after a little more investigation, I am now under the impression that:

1. The iPod/USB adapter IS INCLUDED with the ZPS package

2. If I do not intend to take my iPhone out of my pocket while in the Z4, the smart phone integration (6NR) really does not do much for me.

Can someone confirm that this is correct?
