I have used NavTV in all my Dodge diesel trucks and my Power Wagon. I know what people may say about it, but I like it.

I just installed the software and now have DVD playback while driving along with the Nav accept screen being gone.

With the new computer, BMW Apps, and all the other cool stuff, it will be interesting to see what other features DVDinMotion can come up with without upsetting BMW.

When you consider the amount time/effort/labor that went into learning about the new iDrive, software development, testing, etc. and the fact they only sold a few hundred, it is easy to see why $150 is not a bad deal.

It comes down to economies of scale.

When you consider the fact you are going to pay $2k+ to replace your fun flats, is $150 really a big deal?

Interesting stuff. Isn't that company owned by BMW by any chance...? Otherwise they could so easily block any software patches like that.

Remember everything becomes unlocked, not just DVD but owner's manuals, etc. too!

Well, the whole Control Display unlocks in motion. I use it to send Slingbox from my phone to the display. If you have a PC onboard, you can get Skype, Netflix, full Google, etc., in motion. I think voice activated Google is better than the factory dial-by-letter for safety.

I agree $150 is a steal to unlock my DVD player. The fact it's software only is even better IMO.

I just ordered the software - this is way better than a hardware solution. I am hopeful for some extra hp through software rather than plug cables all over the shop.

Its fairly priced considering you don't have to take anything out or put anything in which many other fixes require especially grounding out the break etc....works great i have had it for about 6 months...great customer service and great fix for an otherwise annoying problem

Bought this and installed very easily. Now can even play videos from my iPhone when in the craddle. Definitely worth the $150

What kind of videos can you watch with the iphone?

The only videos I tried were the one from Itunes. I havent tried netflix or you tube. I dont think that will work

Got Dvdinmotion and it worked just like the video said it would. Great. Now all I do is burn DVD music videos and play them instead of music. Lots of big booties shaking on my screen

I received the download link in a couple of hours after placing the order. Although I got issues at the first try of installing, Lucie (the sales manager) was extremely helpful by providing the solution.

Drove the car this morning with videos on....THE COOLEST MOD EVER!

I too installed it yesterday. It installed sucessfully the first time. DVDInMotion also sent me a link that gives one access to another mod that gets rid of the "I Accept" for the Nav each time you start the car. I am very happy with the results! ...and I purchased it for the Christmas price of $150. :-)

I order the Package also; and did this yesterday; it was really easy, and works as advertised... very quick response from dvdinmotion to get download links etc, even on xmas day took about 30 min for the links to be sent...
