1978 BMW 320i project car for sale

Beautiful 1978 BMW 320i 2 door sedan. this is a definate project car for someone to restore.

it does run and is currently registered until March 2012. it just needs work and I dont have the money to restore this beauty, (I am the second owner). car has 105k original miles

know issues, body rust, slow oil leak, muffler needs adjustment as it rattles against the under carriage (definatly noticable when driving), check engine line needs to be reset

car had starter rewired to a push button and key turn to start. the front axl had a special weld job as well

asking $2000obo. car is drivable, but my mechanic said that it is not advisable to drive outside the city, so drive it, or towing is advisable for long distances

car is currently located in san francisco ca
