Thoughts???

I'm headed to the dealership in a few hours to look-over / test a pre-owned '09 X5 4.8. The vehicle is listed at $44K and has the Sport Package with about 32K on the odometer. Any advice in this direction would be appreciated. Thanks!

It's not quite the last minute...note that I said in my post that I was going to look over and test the vehicle. So, I did exactly that. The vehicle is very clean...if I go for it, I'll be giving up my '04 GX470 along with the amenities of rear climate control and back-up camera, which this particular '09 X5 does not have. Pluses are that this X5 is five years younger and has about 10K less mileage. Also, the ride and handling of the X5 are more like what I've become accustomed since I began driving BMWs.

Are there any issues I should know about regarding the X5? For what it's worth, I have had absolutely zero problems with my GX470 since purchasing it in '04.
