try to lock and unlock it using your key. you should find the key slot in the rear center console. this worked for me. hope this helps

For some reason I cannot get my glove box to lock, I'm using the key hole in the rear console it turns, makes a activating noise but the glove is still unlocked.
Am I doing something wrong?

The key in the rear center arm rest (2nd cup holder area) locks the front center arm rest compartment and the trunk. It does not lock the glovebox.

I am having an issue unlocking the center console... I've tried to unlock it from the valet/hotel key slot in the rear console but I can't seem to figure out how to open it. Thoughts?
