The BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations. |

E60 M5 Exhaust fit an E64 convertible??
I currently have the Britalman cat back exhaust on my '06 E64 convertible.
A neighbor was recently moving and left his '06 E60 M5 exhaust behind. I have often toyed with the idea of putting the quad tip M6 exhaust on the car and thought this might be a possible solution. Does anyone know if it will fit our cars? Mine is an '06 650 convertible (E64). If so, how complicated is it? Any clue on sound? Appreciate the thoughts....

Someone here has installed an M6 exhaust on their 650, so maybe they will chime in.
If I had to guess the M5 exhaust will sound a lot quieter than the Britalman, it will probably sound close to stock.
