In many ways the spiritual successor to the E30 M3. Powered by a M derivitive of the N54 the inline six makes 340hp and giving the 1M a 0-60 time of 4.5 seconds. |

Maximum Output: 335 or 340 hp?
I placed order for a VO 1M last month right after saying goodbye to the 997 CS (manual).
Delivery will most probably in July, hopefully. I've been reading quite a lot of road test, review recently. I noted from most of these articles that the maximum output of the 1M is 335 hp. However, 340 hp is being mentioned in the catalog (printed in Germany in 2010). Is there anything to do with SAE or bhp ?

US manual states 335 hp @ 5900 rpm
Where you can still order 1M?

I'm to take delivery from the only authorized dealer in Hong Kong. I was told that production of 1M will cease this month. There are quite a number of parallel importers for such make as M-B, P-cars, etc. but they rarely deal in BMW and Audi. Probably the profit margin is low.
I gave up the P-car mainly because the local dealer's service was poor.
