I don't see why you couldn't, but it would likely affect the way the car handles.

Not a good idea as the different construction (sidewalls, especially) and tread patterns can result in dangerous handling, particularly in wet and/or emergency conditions.
Years ago when radials were first imported to the US in quantity, some folks made the mistake of purchasing only 2 radials to mix with bias ply tires and a number of accidents resulted from the unexpected handling. Tom |
