BMW Z4 2009 S30i won't accpet phonebook from HTC Desire
Several similar threads on this topic already but in case this specific issue has been seen:
BMW S30i 2009 fully loaded (bought as a certified pre-owned from local AD) paired fine with my HTC Desire HD. Phonebook won't transfer, individual entries are "rejected by target device". Can receive calls just fine. Rings a bell ? Regards, Pierre.

Sounds like your phone isn't a BMW "compatible" phone, hence not all features will be available. Go to the BMW site to see the list of compatible phones.
