Internet in the US?

Can't seem to find a clear answer to this. The BMW connected drive shows no availability of BMW Internet for the US.
So:
Do you guys have Internet in your cars or not?
Do you at least get e-mail (through BMW Connected drive, NOT through your mobile phone) in the car?

Internet is not available in US Spec cars. You can have coding done to get internet and BMW Live. We do not get email via Connected Drive. And who is that in the pic? Those are the hottest legs Ive seen!!

Angela Merkel from Los Cabos? I can't see her footwear from this pic, but it's definitely the F02 and the shoes match the climate.

So when you have the coding done, do you get the BMW SIM card to work and it delivers you Email, Apps, and flatrate Internet although it's not officially supported ?
