Front wheel driver side part missing

Mine is 2011 Z4 35i. This evening I noticed that the front wheel on the drive side the part is missing as shown in the picture. Where can I get this and can I fix it myself ?

It's called a center cap, and your local dealer should be able to order you one, or you can probably find them on Ebay, etc, if you want to go the used route.

Thanks ! Is that rust normal ? I wash the wheels regularly every Sunday. Any tips cleaning away that rust ? Thanks again.

Yeah, that rust is from the hub. No worries. The wheel can't rust because it's aluminum (or aluminium, if you'er across the pond)
