M5 Stereo Deck

I have a 2000 BMW M5. The deck and nav work great but I was wondering if there's a CD player, DVD in dash unit out there, that fits nice and look factory. I've searched the net and found a few cool options but I really didnt want to loose the on board computer features the factory deck has. As far as the Nav, and Tape deck I could care less, lol. Is there any option out there or do you just give up the on board display if you want to upgrade. Any info would be great.
