instrument panel lights

Good evening gents...I need to find out how to change my light bulbs that light up my speedo and tach panel. I have an 81 633CSi. thanks for any and all advice in advanced...

Steering wheel off. Screws in upper underside of cluster (2 Ithink). Wiggle cluster towards rear of vehicle and un plug wires - make notes if some single wires of where they go. Unclip and change globes. Reverse order of removal. Maybe disconnect neg ternimal of battery first - depends on you.

come to find out..on the 81 the plexi glass cover just pops out with a screw driver....i also got the middle panel out.....now i need to pull the cluster out...a whole nother ball game...the left side seems to be screwed in yet i cant find where its still attached...ant advice..

Havnt played with one of these for ages. Screws holding the unit(s) are top corners usually. Possible a bit of the dash skin is masking seeing the screw. Dont force the instrument cluster - the plastic will be brittle and may snap. Then it is super glue etc..
