2002 325i - Front Bumper help!!

Hey Fellow BMW-Fans,

I need your help. I'm looking to put a new bumper on the front end of my 02' 325i. I keep seeing 2 styles that are very similar. One has the consistent black plastic panel that wraps around the whole bottom of the car...And the other does not.

I believe the bumper is an M3 style.

Regardless, I really like the bumper WITH the black line across it.

Where can I find this? Because all I can find is the one without. Linked here:

Please help. Forever grateful. Thanks

You can look for it on places like Parts Geek or AutoWarehouse. If you google Front Bumper Cover 2002 BMW 325i, it will bring up several places you can find the one you are looking for.
I have to replace mine also.

Thanks man. I've learned that what Im after is the MTech 2 Front bumper. However, there are a lot of knockoff brands, and OEM BMW seems to have less difficulties installing. But the price is a little higher.

The black trim piece I believe comes on the bumper on the sedan versions of the bumper. Coupes do not and are clean.

Try BavAuto.com. They have the OEM spec MTech bumpers that you're looking for there.

No real mods... just loads of maintenance

We have the MtechII Bumper in stock and the fitment is perfect! We have not had a customer complain about fitment since we started selling them. Here are a few shots of what we have in stock! The second photo, the customer painted the black trim piece.

If you're only replacing the bumper for aesthetic purposes then you could always get a thin strip of vinyl and lay that across the front... or even tape it off and plastidip it. It may not provide the same result but it would certainly save you a few hundred dollars. Otherwise I concur with Bavauto. You could also check out pelicanparts.com, or even rockauto. (both are likely to be cheaper than bav).
