Weird Noise, any ideas (with video)

Not sure how to describe the sound. It sounds like a small plane maybe?

Like a high pitch gears turning?

Only when I accelerate and the sound can be heard outside the car too, around the engine.

Give a listen, any ideas?

More information is needed for members here to aid in identifying the possible cause of the sound.

For example;
Is it auto or manual...?
How many miles...?
What was happening when the sound first started...?

Automatic.

83,000 miles. Been sounding like that for 2-3 years.

Purchased new in 2003.

Next time, try constructing your scenario in a way that will generate a more favorable response....what the hell did you expect, asking us to try and determine what`s wrong from THAT ???? You gotta be kidding me....

Oil level is fine...runs great...just bothers the crap out of me..

Anyone have any ideas?
