Beeping and no indicators....?

Recently my 2004 x5 has been making a beeping, typically 3 beeps but no indicators or messages on the dash. Any ideas? No flashing lights either. Just the beeps and its random. Thanks

Park Distance Control.

Do you have 4 sensors on each bumper? They will look like circular dots in the bumper.

I think I know what it is. Do u have nav on your x5? If you do look at the clock on the screen, bottom left conner, rights beside it is a little symbol that looks like the wi-fi symbol thats your memo alert it sound three times when for example is 1:59 it will make 3 beeps about 10 sec before the clock change to 2:00 that's what it is I think
