Are these legal?
I know that red/blue are illegal since they're reserved for emergency vehicles but would this be legal in california?

I am sure your friendly neighborhood Chippie would be happy to tell you!
I would ask the DMV and get a cite from the applicable regs just to carry with me in case it was questioned.

I've seen they make these in changeable colors, you can basically dial in any RGB color from the dash.
There's a guy with a blacked out Challenger in my neighborhood, and every day his halo lights are set to a different color ![]() "-I pulled you over for driving with blue front lights" "-Let's go and take a look officer. Nope, they look white to me..."

Pursuant to national standards, forward lights emmitting iights shall be white (or select yellow). So I'd say 'no'.

Haha well I can't see it being an easy mod to make the halo lights a changeable color from the dash board...is there a way to turn the angel eyes off and just leave the headlights on?
