Haven't driven either (although I would like to drive both) and it is highly unlikely that I would purcase either (although I suspect they are both fine automobiles) because a small sedan made by anyone is not a car that I have any interest in owning,

I've driven the F30 during ED. I really have no interest in driving the ATS although I may if the opportunity presents itself. I chose the F30 after a long evaluation and now that I own it I'm not particularly interested in "the competition". I'm happy with my selection and it meets my needs perfectly.

besides, I really don't care for the look of the ATS.

Drove a stripper 328 loaner, was a great car actually. Very impressed, never sat in a 3 series before that. I've been driving big cars too long... So quick and nimble

Mein Auto: 2013 335i and 2014 X3 35i
I have driven a F30 335i with DHP and 6-MT, a F30 328, 6-MT and a F30 335i 8AT. No interest in driving an ATS, simply don't like the looks.

But yea if I have to rent a car and one is available down the road I will pick it.
