You usually have to shop around a bit to find them at this price....the price I normally see on them is around 10 to 20 dollars more....

Oh ok. I've been really thinking about getting one. I do at least 3-8 oil changes a year it seems.

What a contraption this is. The day I need one of these is the day I take it to an indy for an oil change...hopefully I'll make it to seventy or so before that happens, til then, nothing in my garage that looks like a freaking life support system...just sayin what I think of a suction pump to change my oil is ridiculous, got to get under there to find all the other stuff that is broke anyway...LOL

Don't have to get your car up and can do both items from top. Leaves drain plug unstressed for tens of thousands of miles. Can do job in clean clothes and stay that way. Just spent time under my car with sway bars. Enough time under there for me. |

Anyone check out the reviews on amazon. A lot of bad ones; luckily I've never experienced any of the issues that they bring up. I use it to change the oil in both the BMW and our Toyota Sienna mini van. Works great. It does not make sense to use it on my son's Honda because you have to put it up on ramps to get to the oil filter. Only problem I had was self inflicted, I knocked it over and cracked the top and broke off the elbow where the suction hose connects. Fortunately, there was no oil in it at the time. The manufacture sells all the replacement parts, think I spent less than $20 to put it all back together.

Used mine to change the oil in the 'vert this weekend. No problems and far less mess than dealing with a catch pan.
