Has anyone gotten these codes at once?

Last Saturday I was driing my baby when all of a sudden pop goes the WEASEL!! I took it to my mechanic and had it run for fault codes and this popped up, needless to say we erased them and later on the day The SES went on, damn it!! Allready made an appoint for tomorrow. Here is the photo:

I really need get some glasses, because when I read this at first I thought you typed, "Last Sat I was drilling my baby when all of a sudden pop goes the WEASAL." I thought to myself, so what"s the problem? Not until I re-read it with the magnifying tool did I realize that's not what you said. For a minute there I thought you mistakenly posted in the wrong forum.

Axel, have you had the EGR recall completed? All fingers are pointing to that area.

O had my first egr issue performed and reflas,lets see what their codes will be,i will keep everyone im at the dealer to drop it off this morning!

This is what was done on my car, the programming took 3 hours but the car seems the same, I guess I have to go to the DYNO AGAIN!!
