Full color HUD coming to X6?
I was at the dealer yesterday looking at the X6 Performance Edition. Wow, what a beautiful vehicle. The salesman said the Full Color Heads Up Display would soon be coming to the X6.
Anyone have any details on when its going into production? Thanks

The salesman said the Full Color Heads Up Display would soon be coming to the X6.
He is right. I can confirm that the FULL COLOR HUD is coming soon the X6. It should start production around Summer 2014, with the launch of the next generation X6. EDIT: It should be summer 2016. I forgot the X5 started production in 2006, and then X6 in 2008.

BMW and Mercedes Build Beta Products! Lexus build Release Candidate Products! Why does this matter? CAUSE EVERY TIME someone says Lexus has better build quality, one should consider what Toyota their Lexus Engine and chassis platform comes out of and how long that part has been tested in the real world!

next generation X6 may come around 2014--2016 due to 7 or 8 yrs BMWs' life cycle..
