1988 528e ignition wire set

i was recently doing a tune up on my 1988 528e and when i removed the ignition wire set i realized i needed a new one. after buying the new set i realized that i forgot to mark which wire went to which contact (for lack of better terms) on the distributor. so now i have ignition wire but i don't know which wire goes to which female end. a diagram is really all i need but pointers would help (besides being a dumba$$ because i realize that one)

Get yourself a chilton manual available at autozone not the best manual but work for basics. Covers multiple applications diff models years ect....
