325i battery problems

I just changed the battery in my 1990 bmw Now my car won't start or make any effort to start. I think I hooked the battery up wrong. I do not know what the small black and red wires connected to the battery are but I think I put them back on wrong. I like a dumb ass did not take pictures of the cars battery before changing it. Could anyone tell me how these wires are supposed to be hooked up or possibly take a picture of their battery?

Take a pic of what you have so we can see what is going on with your car.

Depending on what wires were on or off when you tried to start it and what way round you had the battery: MASSIVE electronic rebuild. Sorry dude.

Thanks guys I actually found an online diagram of the battery online and was able to see where I messed up

Have you checked the fusable link?

This is the thinner black wire going from the battery in the trunk to the connector point up front....putting a battery in the wrong way will blow that link.
