Hey guys, I am new to the forums so thanks for having me
![]() I ordered my new Alpine White 2013 x3 28i with Navada Dakota Leather/finewood trim, premium package, sport package, convience package, park distant controler, premium sound package, cold weather 1 package and DHP package. MSRP is like 49,550. I am getting a awesome deal I believe. I qualified for the following programs: USAA military credit of $1000.00(only 1000 due to financing thru bmwfs) Holiday credit of $1000.00 College grad credit of $1000.00 Loyalty credit of $ 750.00 BMW APP credit of $ 300.00 ----------------------------------- Total credits of $4,050.00 I am putting a $4000 Down payment (covers all drive off fees plus additional cap cost reduction) and my monthly lease payment will be 465.00 a month. I think this is Excellent deal especially since I am getting out of my 2011 328i Xdrive 8 months early. (Baby on the way, hence whey switching to a SUV from a Sedan) What do you guys think about my deal? Last edited by boogysbmw; 11-18-2012 at 04:32 PM. Reason: usaa credit update |

I'm a bit confused. I priced that out and got $49,095 on BMWConfig with an invoice of $45,330. With your $4350 in credits you have a final sale price of $40,980. That would leave you with a California lease payment of about $490.50. That's with just the basic drive off (security+dmv fees etc). How do you have such a high payment with an additional $4,000 down towards cap cost reduction? The only way I can see that is if you actually paid MSRP... most places will give you $500-$750 over invoice. I think you paid too much (unless I am misunderstanding your deal).

Zerovector,
The incentives are eating up the 4K of negative equity(previous car was a mistake) from turning in my lease almost a year early but a 40k lease with no downpayment is well over 500 a month with tax. incentives take money off sales price only and don't really lower the payments as much as a cap cost downpayment will. I paid about 500 over invoice for the car. |
