3 series parking sensor installation Orange County?

Hi,
I am going to be taking delivery of a stock 328i soon for my mom. We will be leasing the car, but wanted to have parking sensors installed. Does anyone have any recommendations for a place in Orange County that can do a reliable job that is reasonably priced? I was also wondering, if anyone knows of a way to get aftermarket navigation installed as well?

Also, I've heard that Comfort Seats are a must have for older drivers, is there anyway to do an aftermarket modification on the driver seat to make it such?

We tried very hard getting them to negotiate on a 328i with the technology package, but have had no luck. Apparently, the leasing programs are not in favor of the more equipped vehicles.
