Z4 Roadster (E85) G force proformance chip

I purchased a G Force Proformance Chip, but have not installed it yet. I can return it. It is for my 2006 Z4 E85 Roadster.

What do you think about these chips, do they work?

The instructions require it be hooked up to the IAT/MAF sensor. I not sure where it is, I know it located after my air cleaner and before the thrittle body. It wants you to peel back the factory and splice in the two wires. not sure if i should mess with it.

Be very careful messing with your that IAF/MAF sensor that is a $500.00 sensor you are messing with ! If you drop it or hit it hard it will die ! Good luck.

what made you buy it in the first place ?

I guess the better gas milage and who does'nt want more horse power.

Only happens in the turbo diesel world. I gained 75 hp, 150 ft lbs of torque, and 3 mpg all while running cooler. All we had to do was change the timing and duration of the injectors. I wish it were that easy and effective with the Z's.
