Iphone 5 on ipod adapter

So i got the iphone 5 but ofcoures they changed the connector. So i bought the adapter they have but i guess my car doesnt reconizes it
How can i put my iphone 5 to play with my radio??

I'm not sure why. Mine works fine with the iPhone 5. I bought an apple adapter at best buy and then connected it all together. It won't charge the phone but otherwise no problems.

Weird, my stock BMW iPod dock cable + lightening dock adapter + iPhone 5 charges just fine. Are you certain it isn't charging? Does your iPhone display a message like "charging not supported by this accessory" ?

I haven't yet tried the cradle or console connection for my iPhone 5 however the Bluetooth function works great (better than with the iPhone 4 by far; very quickly establishes and transfers versus sometimes "glitches" made things weird previously).

Getting an adaptor perhaps although I generally haven't bothered with the dumb (IMO) cradle and have always just used the USB. Looking forward to hear how this turns out!

Oh ok. I guess the adapter i bought its not working right, i got it on ebay. U guys have newer models i have a 06' i dont have the aux imput nor the bluetooth for music just for the phone
