window weatherstripping

Where can I obtain window weatherstripping, and is it a job I can do myself?

I might have some of it. some of the weather stripping is NLA. Which ones do you need?

Thank you for your response, It's the rubber that is on the outside runs horizontal at the base of the window. Looks like I need to remove the chrome trim to install it? Window channel also needs to be replaced. I shopped online, way too much $ for my blood, will try using industrial Velcro tape(the soft part) for this issue. What do you think?

I think it will tear when you open the window. Do you need all four doors? I will look to see which ones I have. The ones that are the window track I do not have any good ones. I would as 9 each for the horizontal ones. Do you need the interior ones also?

The Velcro method was for the window track. If the four that you have (horizontal exterior) are in good shape I would be glad to pay $9 a piece. I think the interior rubber seems to be Ok.If it is possible would you be so kind as to send me a digital image so to be sure that we are on the same page?

I am new to this forum, and a newbee BMW owner (1985 528e) I bought it for my 19 year old son, so I don't know the proper protocol, or if there even is one. I do have a PayPal account.
