16" E46 wheels fit?

Hey guys, I am looking for a nice winter setup for my 06' X3. I have been trying to determine if some 16" wheels will work.

From my research the E46 330i shares the same size rotors/calipers as the X3. I know the offset is a little different but heard it is not a problem.

So in my search for 16" wheels to fit my 330i I came up with a E36 M3 Contours replicas that works and clears the calipers on a 330i (AT Italia).

I spotted some of these AT Italias on Craigslist for a whopping $80 for the set!

So I assume that these would work on the X3? Thoughts?

I would assume that they will fit. Rotors and brake calipers are the same as on the 330i.

I do know that 16" oem BMW wheels will not clear the rotors on an x3.

Thanks for the reply. I think I will just drive the X3 to the shop where they are selling them and try one on to make sure. Luckily the tire shop told me I can try before I buy!
