Bumper shell

Hello All!

You know that shell that is in between the front feel and the bumper? Well, mine fell off the other day. It is not even noticeable. Is it a problem if I just leave it off or should I try to get it popped back in? Thanks!

14 is the plastic liner. #15 and #16 are sheet metal nuts and screws.
Which side fell off? The passenger side houses the secondary air pump. It's more likely to be exposed to the elements if the liner is not there and probably more prone to premature failure. I can't remember anything living in the driver's side cavity.

I'd replace it. It's only like $30 and on the passenger side I believe it protects the SAP (secondary Air Pump)
