E82 / E87 / E88 1 Series (2008 - 2013)
BMWs throw back to the iconic 2002, with a renewed form and function. The smallest car in BMW's line up but still packs a punch. Available in coupe or convertible, powered by a naturaly aspirated inline 6 in the 128 or the turbo twin power inline 6 rocket sled 135.

128i Increase Throttle Response

Has anyone bought and installed those gimmicky throttle response adapters that plug into the drive-by-wire peddle?

try to avoid these. its basically a throttle remap that turns your pedal into an on/off switch with no real power gains to be had.

if you want better throttle response and less lag, get an ECU tune.

I strongly recommend REMUS responder for better throttle response

Is this what you're referring to?

If so, does it simply make the throttle more sensitive or is there more to it than that?

We've seen the Sprint Booster workout pretty awesome for quite sometime now. Three different settings for an awesome pedal response, probably one of the first things any one of us here at Turner put on their car once someone buys one. Let me know if anyone has any questions about it, feel free to email me for special pricing once you mention the forum.

Thank you !
