Help on 2013 M3 Lease

I think I have a good deal on an ED M3 but want to figure out what I'm missing in this deal? When I calc it myself I get a lower drive off and lower monthly payment by $20...can someone help me figure this out? See attached screenshot on the deal...

I'm having some trouble reading that, can you please tell me the proposed monthly payment?

What is local tax 7%? I am getting very close to your numbers (the ones on the screen cap anyway).

I'm sure the calc is good but its a matter of what numbers are going into it and do they match the deal you think you negotiated?

Not to sidetrack but what kind of optioned M3 gave you that MSRP? Just curious.
