MY2012 vs 2013 Leases MF/residuals/programs

Quick question, if you can find a 2012 out there on a dealer lot, are the same residuals/MF used for leases as MY2013? If they are different, does anyone have the MF/credit info for a 2012 335is?

i believe that 2012s have no more lease support-- low residuals and high money factors at this point. the ship sailed on leasing those back in october. you cant use the 2013 rates. 2012s are good buy/finance candidates.
