Can anyone be more specific? I'm not sure how useful blanket opinions are without examples.
The OP may be after one specific car that can't be easily found elsewhere. He may want to take some risks, but be wary of issues. If they have issues with service, for example, this may not be applicable to the OP. But if they do things like misrepresent cars, take non-refundable deposits when stating otherwise, CPO warranty not honored at other dealerships etc., then that would be concerning and should be factored in.
