2002 M3 -good buy?

Saw this vehicle in person today. Very clean, looks damn near new condition, only a little wear on front seats and driver door handle. 24k miles. Upgrade exhaust, audio system, nav added. Rest is stock. They lowered price to 23.9. Good deal? I don't usually find E46's with under 25k miles. Car is a beauty. Engine/exhaust sounds healthy.

I own a 2002 M3 and love the car. That being said, I, personally, wouldn't go in 23k on a 2002, no matter how low the miles.
