Photo shop

I am fairly new to this forum but not to forums in general and there is usually a photoshop section but I don't see one here. So my question is this does anyone have the ability to do some photoshop work? I was looking at my truck today and was wondering what it would look like with the all black grill, black rims, black side markers and black taillights. Oh yeah I am getting 20% tint next week. Thanks for any help
