Does SPORT+ mode do anything if you already have Sport Suspension?

I thought Sport+ just deactivates traction control. Would it not just do the same thing for yours?

Deacticating DSC/DTC completely (what you're talking about) requires holding the Traction button for 10 seconds.

Sport+ mode is activated by repeatedly pressing the Sport button.

Two different things.

It's all a bit confusing, and poorly explained by the manual.

Sport + is the same as sport, except that it deactivates DSC, but DTC stays active.

Ok I'll bite. And (without adaptive suspension) - what is diff from going between comfort / sport and going between regular drive on 8AT and knocking it left to sport.

Ie am I doing same being in comfort and kicking tranny to left as I would be going from comfort to sport on mode switch? Not so sure about this mode switch when all I used to do was bump AT to the left.

The throttle mapping is more aggressive in SPORT mode. Also, SPORT mode doesn't disable auto start stop but DS does

Sounds great esp w 19" wheels on my car. I would love to try it but took on-lot car to get delivery this year (taxes) and was missing that as well as full cameras, something I wouldn't mind to keep from curbing my wheels with all the on-street parking out here.

It actually is sport mode plus DTC ON. DTC on enables more wheelspin. DSC remains unchanged.
