Hello, I have a 1998 bmw z3, my etcm light is on and my car will drive about a mile in gear, then it will fall out of gear, but i can use reverse like normal... what do you think the problem... jc

Your question, as presented, really doesn`t make much sense....is it stick or auto trans ?
