E82 / E88 1 Series (2008 - 2013)
BMWs throw back to the iconic 2002, with a renewed form and function. The smallest car in BMW's line up but still packs a punch. Available in coupe or convertible, powered by either an inline 6 in the 128 or the twin turbo rocket sled 135.

Thumbs down 120D harman karden loss of Bass and sound quality

I have had my new 120D msport with the full professional media package and the Harman Karden audio upgrade for 3 weeks.

Today the sound went dead with no bass at all and due to this a loss of sound quality.

The Bass tone adjustment makes almost zero difference from min to max. I suspect amp or sub failure and will take it to the dealer ASAP.

Does anyone know of this happening on any other cars or have any suggestions what may have caused this or what the fault is?

Russ
