radio fuse
what fuse(s) do I need for the radio in my 2002 X5.. not working ?

If you mean the fuse that is located in the electrical harness on the radio itself...it is a 10 amp fuse. For example, I'm referring to the reddish fuse in the pic below on the back side of an in-dash CD43 CD/radio unit...the same applies to the CD53/C43/BM53 units.
If you are referring to a fuse elsewhere...then look for the fuse index in both the front & rear locations which will have the fuses listed alphabetically along with its fuse nbr...also with a fuse box illustration that shows the fuse nbrs place within the fuse box as well as its amperage. ![]() (rear fuses behind right side cargo panel) ![]() ![]()

Hi Qsilver,
If you open the glove box and look in and up you will see a cover, on the back of the cove should be a lable identifying which fuse is for where and what amperage. Cheers |
