Alarm sound

Hi everyone , I have an 2001 740il and I have just replaced the motor and am trying to start the car. When I put in a new key and try to tune it to the first position . The alarm go off , every time. So I tried the old key and the same thing. Help Pleas. Led-foot.

The car thinks it is stolen. Most likely need to resync the key to the car, or reflash the EWS.

Hi rrtec , Thank you for your time . I have bout an EWS reader and a GT1 any good site to learn how to use this?I have fount a site that will re sync the keys,EWS and CPU for $450.00 .But I will not learn anything. Well back to the drawing board. Thank you . Ledfoot
