Actually it should take no more then 5 minutes
To change the #1 coil &only that long cause you have to remove the engine covers Sent from my GT-N7000 using Bimmer App

See the spark plug DIY threads, it explains how to remove some of the coils if they are in a tight space. I didnt pay attention and actually broke one of them while forcing it into the hole. It was much easier after I followed the thread.
Im not sure, but I think you can run the engine and disconnect each plug by unplugging the coils one at a time. The one that doesnt affect the engine is the broken one usually. Alternatively connect to an OBD reader and google the code for the cylinder number. |

Also make sure you don't have a vacuum leak it can also give you a rough idle.

Also, I like the way your car looks, what kind of options did it come with? My car is a silver color, but not as light as yours. |

Only vac lines are on the pump, the elbow boot from maf and one of them goes from the plastic union (look on top of left/driver side wheel well area in engine bay) down to the left/ us driver side down to the pressure regulator on the fuel filter, the other i didn't follow to see where it leads
