Oil Blowby from Filler Cap

I noticed some oil streaks around the oil filler cap. Is this normal?

I just discovered Monday that mine has started doing that! It hasn't before now, so I don't think it's normal. A new cap is about $20; I might just replace mine in case it's the seal getting stiff or something.

This is a known issue. There was a part change on the cap after '10 I believe. One key thing is to keep the cap rubber ring clean as well as the mating surface. Make sure neither surface is dry, or the rubber will bunch up. You can also gently bend the fasteners to make a tighter seal.
