Uneven rear passenger tire wear

Out of all 4 tires, my rear passenger tire is wearing faster then the other 3 tires. Any suggestions on wht I need to do. Tires r expensive

+1. Get an alignment, but also have the trailing arm bushings inspected. If they've failed, they will mess with your toe angle, which kills tires quickly.
