Smile Centre wheel caps

Hi can anyone give me any advice can you replace the centre hub wheel caps without taking the wheel off and if so how ??

Centre wheel caps

Pry it with something slim, gently.
Sometimes a flathead sometimes a thin plastic scraper.
Just be gentle so you don't break it or damage the finish of your rim.
