Loss of power/abnormal shifting

My dealer recently replaced my brake booster due to a vacume leak. Ever since then my car has driven differently. It will lose power (almost feels like the rev limiter) and drop about 500rpm without moving the gas pedal. It does this at all speeds. I took it back to the dealer but the problem did not occur during their test drive. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
