Still no E90 on the "build your own" at BMW Germany.
But recently the E46 sedan was dropped; you can only build coupes, cabrios and tourings, so the E90 sedan can't be too far away.

You can check out the configurator on the UK Site .
Choose the saloon 3 series model, then near the bottom of the list of saloons you get are a few selections which are for March 2005. These are the e90 configurations. Note that these options do not display for Mac users only PC users.
