I can see how it would be hard to get a feeling of how big this thing is with nothing but scrub brush to compare too, but I think Cliff3 is right. I doublt this thing is much more then two feet tall .

didn't you guys see The Lion King? It's a warthog (you can tell from the 2 sets of tusks).

But anyways, I think the e90 is pretty dang hot. I like the long hood



to me, it looks like it's sprung into action, not about to spring into action. Looks more aggressive, and less squished that the e46.

now, if the rumors are true about a 4 door e90 ///m3 in a few years, that'll be perfect timing for when I graduate law school

Expect multiple warranty claims on E90 cupholder. Do not take preventive action but if customer complains of problem with Big Gulps or Venti drinks from Starbucks collapsing the cupholder please repair under warranty. Customers attempting to turn cupholder into an iPod mount because of the "sweet location" should be turned away.

Cupholder "facelift" scheduled for 2007.

The hood looks longer because the front bumper sticks out farther. The E90 has lost the super short front that gave the E46 a different look from the other competitors. When I first bought my ‘01 people would always comment on how "cool" the short front overhang looked.

I'm sad to see the lengthened overhang too. I agree that was part of the uniqueness and beauty of the e46.

Edit: Also, in terms of form following function, I would guess the short front overhang (engine farther behind the front wheels) probably contributed to the 50/50 weight distribution too.

LOL! No, of course not! The e60 has nearly identical cupholders. I think they suck equally as bad as the e90's do. At least kids have their own cup holders in the back seat now. They are the big cupholder users in my family.

Didn't like the tailights until the above pic. They're not so bad.

Interior looks clean and sharp to me. Perhaps a bit too much plastic.

Overall though, looks like a Pontiac. Perhaps it'll take a few years for me to see the beauty in the car, but at this point the exterior couldn't be any plainer.

Photos dont do this car any justice, you have to see it in motion. The new 5 series has already an aero package, so I presume that by end of this year or beginning of 2006 the M aero package will be out.

Well, sure. The E46 M3 was faster than the E36 M3 in a straight line, and it follows that the E90 M3 will be faster than the E46.

If I wanted a drag car, I'd have bought a Mustang.
