Rear end experts

Another F'in snowy day here in the Northeast! My car sits most of the Winter which has been extremely long here this year. I try to run/drive the car for at least 30 minutes every week or two. This usually takes place on the weekend or whenever it isn't lousy weather outside. I decied to move my car out of the garage this morning and noticed a small wet spot on the ground and knew right away that it was oil/lubricant of some sort. So I pulled the car back into the garage and put it up on jack stands so that I could take a look. It looks as though it is leaking from what I think is some rear end seal. Can someone/anyone verify that this is what I am looking at? Has anyone else experienced problems with this seal? Is this something that the dealer might take care of under warranty? The car is a 2001 330Cic with about 45K on it. BTW - The pictures are not that great since lying on my back under that car while taking a picture is not the easiest thing to do.

It looks more like a bushing or mount that tore and is leaking. If the car is still under warranty, they will take care of it.
