Need some car buying help!

Was this anybody's here on the forum or has anyone seen it before? It was on ebay before, and I am thinking about buying it from the person who bought it. Is it worth pursuing it or should I stay away? It was just re-wired and will come with a new coolant sensor, water pump, fuel pump, front grille, and a driver side window motor. The price should be around $16.5k. Please let me know. Thanks!
